a PreK-8th Registration Form (.pdf) Upon completion of the registration form please mail it, along with the registration fee* to the address listed below:

*Registration fees are $150.00 for new students and $75.00 for returning students. Registration fees are non-refundable unless the child is not accepted. Acceptance is not final until registration fees, book fees, and current school tuition have been paid in full.
